Kary Banks Mullis, Noble laureate and discoverer of PCR died on August 7, 2019. He was a Biochemist and worked at Cetus Corporation as Lab Director. His discovery PCR revolutionized the field of Molecular biology by speeding up the amplification process of DNA.
